Caramel Mocha Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1 medium frozen banana (sliced)

1 medium frozen zucchini (sliced)

1/2 cup oats

4 dates

1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

2 serves choc caramel protein powder

400 - 600 ml water (to taste)

Serves 2

Method:

Add ingredients to blender in order listed

Blend until smooth

Banana Spinach & PB Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1 medium frozen banana (sliced)

2 cups baby spinach leaves (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

2 serves vanilla protein powder

400 - 600 ml water (to taste)

Serves 2

Method:

Add ingredients to blender in order listed

Blend until smooth
